Target's Halo Sleepsack Hidden Discount

I have been shopping around for Halo Sleepsack for my friend's upcoming baby shower. I came across a couple that I liked. But I really love Target's Halo Winnie the Pooh Sleepsack.

It is $19.99 at the moment, and only is offered on-line. In-stores are only offering plain solid colors sleep sacks.

Until November 5th, they are offering $5.00 off for selected Halo Sleepsack (online only so far). If you have their $4.00 off for 1 coupon from awhile that will expired on 12/31/11, you can stack the coupon.

For those of you who do not have one, you can go through this route and get additional $5.00 off. Target's Web Coupon is offering an additional $5.00 off if you buy ANY 2 Johnson's Baby car items along with any Halo Sleepsack. Use code TGTJA7B5 at checkout. This coupon will work for both in-stores and on-line.

So in conclusion, you can have $5.00 off Halo Sleepsack + additional $4.00 off = $9.00 off without buying anything extra.
OR
You can have $5.00 off on a Halo Sleepsack + $5.00 off with a purchase of 2 Johnson's Baby care items =$10.00.

If you order online, I recommended buy something extra items to get the Free shipping when you spend $50.00

FYI, I have tried looking into Babies R Us, Amazon, and eBay. This is a better deal.

If it was not for the particular sleepsack I wanted. I would buy the plain sleepsack, apply the $4.00 off (Target Coupon). Buy 2 Johnson's baby care (Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, Oil), to get the $5.00 off. Then apply Manufacturer Coupons $1.00/1 on each baby care product (available at Johnson and Johnson when you sign up)to save another $2.00.
Total you save $4.00(Halo Sleepsack) + $5.00 (buy 2 Johnson's baby care items) + $1.00 (Johnson's Baby care Shampoo) + $1.00 (Johnson's baby care shampoo) = $12.00 off.

I hope you could understand my fast typing. Coupons are a small cool feeling, when you know how to use it. :)

Missing Belt but replaceable for a cheaper price!!

Went shopping today, ended up in Urban Outfitters and found a skirt from Kimchi Blue in Blush color(here) with no price tag.
I thought it was just a simple missing tag, turns out it is missing a belt and a button. I believe you can replacement these small add-ins and make it my own with other accessories.

The original price at the store is 29.99, but online it is 49.00. After discounts are taken off, my final cost is 4.96 + tax = $5.37. Now that is the best WIN I have had in awhile.

H & M experience in Texas

This weekend we went on a road trip to Dallas, Texas. One of the reason is to visit a good friend and her newborn. Second reason is to visit the only H & M in Texas. Dallas' Northpark Mall was crowded with people shopping left and right at 8 PM. It was hectic and crazy, clothes were falling on the ground and misplaced items everywhere. Fitting rooms were a drag to be in. It took me about 15 minutes, being second in line.

I was eying H & M mustard pants, a navy blazer, and blouses.

Most of what I want were sold out and so I was a little upset. The pants were present but they ran out of size 2 or 32. I ended up getting a different blazer (here).

So I decided to give the new H & M Online a try, showcased by Elle. YESH! Size 2 is still available with Free shipping and No Tax is included. So that is a plus. What a cool feeling!! and got what I wanted.

If you are buying in-store, H & M is offering 25% off for pants (printable coupon here). Or you can sign up for the first-timers (20% on any one-item).

Ten is Lucky Number

After our trip from Chicago. Our luck, we almost lost our luggage. The Chicago O'hare did not load our luggage onto our plane to Memphis. When we were boarding, they said they cannot locate our luggage anywhere. Mister was pretty upset, because he would hate to lose the pictures we took at the Willis Tower.

Luckily, they found it and the luggage flew straight on United to our destination. So we decided on our next trip we will only bring a carry-on with us. Yesterday we went to TJ Maxx to look for a decent carry-on, but no good.

As we were strolling through TJ Maxx just browsing I seeked out a pair of Bandolino flats - Aqua color (I tried finding it online, no luck). As first I was upset seeing it was size 6, but something on the back of my head said, try it on. So I did, and whoa-la it FITS. The best part it is ON SALE. I got it for $10.00 from 54.99. Now that is a cool feeling.

Made my day!

Cheap Wading Boots at Academy

Yesterday after a sad event of scratch offs eating up bf's money. He was hurting and crying haha... anyways.
Afterwards we went to Academy to look for wading boots, since everyone had a bad experience with oyster cuts and fearing something will bite our toes under water.

Surprisingly, they were having a clearance on wading boots. Bf was saying I bought mine FULL price, so jealous I will buy another pair.

Being small as I am, I got mine size 2 for $4.66, Retail $29.99. It's a cool feeling. We got 2 other pairs for our friends. 4 pairs in total of $30.76 with tax included.

In the same shopping center, DSW is having a clearance sale also. Being in love with shoes that fits. I checked it out. There were a lot of size 5 but couldn't find what I wanted. So that's a fail.

Target Find & Seafood Platter

After my boyfriend and I visited the rents. We headed out to Target. Prior I printed out a few coupons to save on our essensial needs (ie. toothbrush, paste.. etc) for Target. [You should check out Target's coupons section, they usually have good deals, like % off on swimsuit]. As we were roaming through, I wanted to check out some of their sales for clothing and shoes. Also to find some shoes that has good grip for the rocky jetties.

I was browsing and suddenly my eyes got drawing to the corner that has a whole bunch of clearance shoes and heels. I found this pair of shoes, retail price 24.99. I got it for 6.23. It was a cool feeling.

I also found a Logitech Wireless mouse for $8, retail 14.99. So it is a WIN-WIN situation.

After we were done shopping, our friend picked us up to go crabbing. The first place we went, bf caught a stone crab. The law states you have to break a claw and release the crab but we decided to keep this little guy as a trophy 'til we catch other crabs. As a group we went to several places, no luck. We drove an extra 30 minutes to a remote island and in luck we caught some blue crabs. In total we spent 6 hours crabbing. We ended up getting a lot of oysters, 2 clams, 14 blue crabs, and 1.5 stone crabs.

Went home and steamed our prize, it's so delicious. Yummy to my tummy.
In summary, WIN at Target and WIN to my tummy. :)
